Neon and Top 2 Tuesday

Ok soooo I was just listening to my Pandora station at work and the song Neon by John Mayer came on and holy cow flashback central in my brain people! This song reminds me of meeting my pot luck roomie for the first time at a John Mayer concert the summer before we started college (we are still friends, i'm in her wedding in December!) and then going to see him again our Freshman year where I got to meet David Ryan Harris his guitarist... woah fun fun times in my life. I love that these memories are only a song away, it just takes hearing a song to take you back to a place in your past. The same thing happens when you smell something that reminds you of a period or time in your life ... which takes me to Top 2 Tuesday

Favorite Perfume/colognes/ scents

I am not a huge perfume person, there always seems to be something better I can spend my money on like shoes, purses, or baby clothes :) BUT i do love it when I have a good perfume to spritz on when I feel like it.

1. Ed Hardy My new favorite, one that I got for Christmas from my sister and brother and looooove, I smell so yummy even to myself :)

2. It is not a perfume but more of a scent... I looove the smell of Fall. Does this make sense? There is just a different smell to the air, sometimes it's a bonfire in the distance, it's the crisp air, or it's a tailgate at a football game. It just has a scent that reminds me of my favorite time of year :) It reminds me of hooded sweatshirts and shorts or jeans and flipflops, the trees changing, opening the windows in our house... not to mention it's football season and I happen to be a college football junky :)
